Boulder Dash 2017

Collect the Diamonds and avoid the traps.

The default difficulty level is Hard so if you get stuck on a level return to the menu and select Easy or Medium.

The difficulty level will return to Hard on quitting the game.

Some levels do not have enough available Diamonds initially, so check the Help pages to see how to create more.

Remember, Diamonds can only form in empty spaces, so plan well.

The Amoeba and Weed will kill you and may explode Bombs, destroy Diamonds or other level objects.

Think of them as timers.

You need to complete certain actions before your access is blocked or The Amoeba turn to Boulders.

Check the Help pages to see what Baddie does what and how it will either hinder you or help you if used correctly.

They are not very intelligent and by observing their movement patterns they can be trapped or most importantly

on some levels directed to where you need them.

This is a simpler game than my other “Treasure Chaser” both graphically and in the coding method used, having been written in 2017 and not significantly updated since.

Known bugs are a few graphic glitches, i.e. non transparent backgrounds and a few mysterious vanishing Boulders.
